I provide up-front technical, operational informal discussions, and advise maintenance support channels available to the customers immediately after delivery from a Gulfstream Completion Center, as required/ or requested by the customer on several different levels. I am involved with completion delivery ground run, customer acceptance flights, test flights, and final delivery flights with interior and exterior inspections, listing all dependencies as required by customers. I participate in pre-delivery meetings to ensure all squawks are completed. I meet with flight department personnel to brief on all aspects of Gulfstream's Service availability and use of the support network world wide. I meet and discuss maintenance planning, scheduling to ensure that the aircraft were in compliance of Current Chapter 5 requirements, as well as applicable government regulatory agencies requirements. I provide aircraft record keeping tools as outlined by Gulfstream as well as CMP familiarization discussions. I brief the appropriate maintenance department personnel on support equipment, recommended spare parts, hangar facilities evaluation, towing operations also as outlined by Gulfstream Aerospace recommendations. I work with clients to help coordinate MRO visits to help ensure everything goes smoothly and fully satisfy the Gulfstream client at the highest level.
