  In my role as Customer Services Advisor I was the first point of contact for members of the public who are in the process of pursuing an insurance claim. My main activity was arranging inspection appointments and advising as to the process that would then begin following the inspection. Due to the different nature of the claims involved, whilst there was a necessary script to follow to ascertain all the required details, you could never rely solely on this script.
