      I have been engaged in leading grant operation , strategic input for programming of livelihood interventions, capacity building & portfolio management of livelihoods and Poverty Graduation Programs aiming to graduate ultra-poor segment of the population out of poverty. My responsibilities related to my position are as following: Providing technical backstopping, expert input and strategic advice on Graduation and Livelihoods programming within PPAF and to external stakeholders, in project proposals, conferences, and other platforms. Ensuring effective delivery of physical and financial targets with compliance to PPAF’s and donors’ guidelines. ( have managed National Poverty Graduation Project amounting 100 million $ funded by IFAD benefitting over 150000 poorest households, Poverty Graduation Project for Afghan Refugees funded by UNHCR amounting over 1 billion PKR benefited over 7000 Afghan Refugee families & Dairy Development Project funded by Engro amounting 70 million PKR benefitted over 3000 small holder farmers.  Provide guidance to implementing partners and programme staff within PPAF on designing and implementation of livelihood interventions e.g. training design and delivery, transfer of livelihood assets, assessments for tracking outcomes of livelihood interventions etc. Managing team members utilizing sound management techniques to ensure accountability and motivation and provide technical backstopping for effective grant management. Quality review of implementation plan, advance requests, financial forecasts and annual work plans and budgets submitted by the POs. Ensuring visibility of the project activities within and outside of PPAF. Guide in development of customized monitoring and data reporting / validation tools used at differentlevels regarding assets transfer and trainings and provide timely input regarding any corrective action to be taken. Building and managing effective relationships with stakeholders and enablers.
