HS&E Greenfield Support C-3 Splitter New Construction project is a critical undertaking that requires the assistance of the CPChem PMT (Project Management Team) to ensure its successful completion. As such, it is imperative to build strong working relationships with the contracted companies involved in the project. The PMT must direct and maintain a culture that prioritizes safety and environmental programs, ensuring that all contractors on-site are fully committed to this culture. The goal of the project is to drive the Journey to Zero, which is an initiative aimed at achieving zero injuries and incidents on-site. The PMT must work closely with clients and contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that this goal is achieved, and the project is completed on time and within budget. Show less
