  As the Client Hardware Solutions Manager, I’m responsible for leading a team that focuses on delivering hardware solutions for warehouses, depots, and Costco Logistics. This includes RF Gun, IOS, Andriod, Printers, Thin clients, Chromebox, and conference rooms, just to name a few. My team is also responsible for our MDM (Mobile Device Management) and Airwatch (VMware) to manage and secure our devices. As the Infrastructure Shared Services Manager I'm responsible for leading a team of Solution Architects, Project Managers, Release Managers, and SOX Compliance team . Key AOR's are collaborating and communicating to our internal customers and provide proper resources to successfully maintain and foster a sense of urgency within the team and the organization while ensuring our SOX Controls are operating as expected. I work with multi-million dollar budgets and report to the Executive board
