      - Worked as a teacher/guide to 53 Grade 6 students for execution of their English, Science and Social Studies curriculum till March 2018. Worked with about 140 students across Grades 6 to 8 classrooms for execution of their English curriculum till May 2019.- Implemented various strategies for improving the literacy levels of students (including differentiated learning structures), which helped bring about two years’ worth of growth in the average reading comprehension levels of my Grade 7 classroom.- Started an 8 member Be-The-Change Project (BTCP) called ‘The Bookworm Society’ to create and spread a love for reading, which is one of seven projects that got selected as part of the BTCP Track at Teach For India for receiving training in relation to various aspects of project management as well as dedicated mentorship.- Part of the core Fellow Durbar team from July 2017 till December 2017, which worked towards creating an open space for sharing of knowledge, skills and interests.- Facilitated sessions for Teach For India Fellows at two city conferences in relation to: (i) the concept of Durbar; and (ii) strategies for developing a love for reading in children.- Functioned as a P.U.S.H. (Progress Under Summer Heat) manager for my 13 member learning circle in 2018, to enable my team to create interesting and meaningful homework to give to our students during their summer holidays.- Worked towards a holistic education by conducting Girl Rising sessions in two classrooms, signing up for an overseas art exchange programme for students, and assisting students in running their businesses during a student-led Diwali fair in school.- Member of “P-Cube” in 2018, a learning community that works towards developing the skills of systems thinking and adaptive leadership.       TBS works towards creating and spreading a love for reading. We set up libraries in Teach For India classrooms, create read aloud videos and virtual reading packs for children and adults, and have previously run a book club in collaboration with another project.
