  Duties at Fabcom include entering all jobs into the system, estimating all jobs, securing quotes from vendors to create estimates for approval by clients, working with vendors throughout the production process, reviewing and uploading creative assets to vendors, providing information and procedures to the creative and production team members throughout the course of project development to facilitate design and production directives, managing the distribution of vendor proofs to the creative and executive teams, making decisions to solve production issues, tracking the progress of projects in production, providing delivery dates and location logistics to vendors. Solely responsible for managing warehouse inventory and fulfillment of multiple direct mail programs for clients. Working directly with the executive team to implement strategy through the initial stages of projects, with the creative team to successfully complete project development, with the vendors to produce projects and with the financial team to finalize invoices for billing. Also responsible for researching and purchasing office equipment, maintaining supplies of consumables for office equipment and negotiating service contracts for equipment maintenance. Show less
