  Oversaw daily operations of a 54 acre complex along with monitoring shrink initiatives for 80 stores across the country. Developed, trained and monitored the effectiveness of the shrink program. Investigated and documented incidents of fraud conducted by both internal and external sources and prosecuted them to the extent of local law. Contact for all workers compensation and general liability reports for all 80 stores. Reviewed the reports for thoroughness and accuracy and then transferred them to corporate for completion. Member of the Corporate Risk Management Task Force and sat on the Claims Management Committee, the Ergonomics Committee, and the Retail Group.
