      After Go-live, my role evolved to be focus on coordinating a team of 50+ operations professionals for managing planning & execution of vessel, yard and gate operations with terminal running and achieving important goals in terms of productivity and throughput.My role beyond leading Operations team, also was focused on supporting continuous process and operational improvements including:- Vessel, berth and yard planning responsible - Mentoring new hirings and executing organizational changes- Keeping a close contact with other TTIA’s departments (IT, M&R, CMS, and Billing) to ensure interdepartmental coordination - Setting internal company processes and procedures and ensuring they are met - Software specification and ‘in-house’ development management of tools for better supporting critical processes as berthing management, vessel planning, gang nomination and yard planning Show less During Project implementation I was part of the core team making TTIA go-Live in May 2010.
