  • Critical care medicine resident in the critical care and emergency department.• A 1700-bed teaching hospital, all specialties, full laboratory and radiological investigations, conferences holding and organizing international annual meetings.• Was responsible for the diagnosis, Emergency management of all patients admitted to different emergency units in the hospital (Internal medicine Emergency department and surgical Emergency department, Trauma center, Toxicology center) in which I was able to train and supervise the performance of at least 25 House Officers/month in dealing with all emergency cases with an admission rate of about 1000 cases per month.• Related to our department in the Alexandria Toxicology Center, the only toxicology center in the whole Lower Egypt, I was able to manage emergency care for intoxicated patients.• Rotated in all intensive care units in Alexandria university hospitals managing a wide variety of cases including arrests, shock, sepsis, strokes, polytrauma, and critically ill patients.
