  I am honored to join Coty, a global leader in the beauty industry, as a Global Influencer Marketing Intern. In this role, I am immersed in the fascinating intersection of influencer marketing and data analytics, supporting the Director of Global Influencer Marketing.My responsibilities include:- Collaborating with external measurement partners to streamline influencer performance trainings and manage team access and plan execution.- Assisting in the development of comprehensive measurement reports for brand teams and leadership, providing actionable insights into campaign effectiveness.- Crafting measurement guidelines and toolkits for global and local teams, focusing on key performance indicators, influencer identification, and advocacy strategies.- Working closely with global brand influencer teams and local marketing departments to coordinate strategic plans and manage influencer campaigns.- Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of toolkit and guideline resources.- Building and nurturing productive relationships with global marketing teams, local market teams, and external partners.- Overseeing various administrative functions, including invoicing, purchase orders, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.- Balancing multiple projects with a strong sense of priority and meticulous attention to detail.- Keeping abreast of the latest trends and shifts in the beauty and communications industries to ensure competitive edge and innovative thinking.In this role, I am leveraging my ongoing university studies in International Business (Specialization: Marketing) to contribute to Coty's mission of celebrating and liberating the diversity of beauty.
