      The primary focus of this role is assisting in deployments and projects across the distribution of the company, through stakeholder management, change implementation, strategy and delegation plans, and creating and distributing operational communications and training material.My job is to get involved in a project, ensuring that all stakeholders have been included or engaged. From there I create engagement packs for our key third party relationship managers to assist in their engagement. There is also a key element of business readiness by creating comms plans, impact analysis, project implementation plans, process maps, decision registers, strategy packs and any other planning docs.As the project continues I act as a distribution and communication lead, tasked with acting the voice of the broker or customer, and making decisions on behalf of my key stakeholders and ensuring they are kept up to date with the changes. I also need to ensure our front line staff have sufficient training and information to continue their job with minimal impact. I manage JIRA walls and work towards an agile and lean production.The secondary focus is identifying continuous improvement opportunities and promoting a change vision within teams.
