Part of University Curriculum. There I knew different fields in hospital pharmacy and the different tasks and challenges. These fields included:• In patient pharmacy: where a pharmacist have to deal with more IV administered drugs as well as IV nutritional and nasogastric feedings. Moreover, I got a very nice idea about narcotics and the standards of administration.• Outpatient Pharmacy: had an idea about proper counseling and effective dispensing that should be fast and precise.• Oncolpgy Pharmacy: Specialized in cancer patients. There, I had an idea about the three main stages that 5he patient goes through which are the pre treatment stage or preparation where patients have to take some anti-vomiting drugs so that they can tolerate the side effects of the treatment, then the treatment stage which includes the chemotherapy and finally the post treatment stage where the patient should take medicines for ADRs caused by chemotherapy.
