  - Analytics and statistical model development for product wise revenue and cost of all retail banking products including loans, deposits, and wealth management (Bancassurance, Investments and Foreign Exchange) to improve business performance.- Re-engineer and automate processes to improve performance, mitigate risks and meet strategic objectives of the business.- Developed an ARIMA based predictive model to optimize cash holding by the branches based on historical daily cash withdrawal trends. The model lowered cash holding requirement, improved visibility of daily cash need and enhanced profitability through optimal cash holding resulting in annual saving of over $6 million for the retail bank while improving customer experience by reducing cash-outs through proactive cash management.- Designed and developed an integrated system to provide customers, Tax authorities and customer service representatives (CSR) information on foreign remittances transactions; it directly integrates with transaction processing system and provides registered customers with automated emails while tax authorities and CSR’s can access / verify information online.
