      I was a project manager (intern) in San Salvador, El Salvador. I worked on eco-tourism strategy and small scale individual farmer projects.While in Tamil Nadu India, I worked on the tsunami relief effort which included proposal writing and supported direct services for temporary housing development. In Delhi, I assisted in PEPFAR application (President's Emergency Fund for AIDS Relief) for combating HIV/AIDS in India.

      I work with a team to create and lead experiential Leadership, Communication and Team trainings for corporate, nonprofit and governmental clients. I partner with Google, Salesforce.com, Robertson Scholars Program, Interagency Wildland Firefighters (U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. National Park Service, and U.S. Bureau of Land Management). We provide customized trainings and experiential opportunities to assist clients in reaching desired learning outcomes I've trained and co-led risk management trainings for 150+ domestic and international education programs. As a consultant, I also lead, review, and report on risk management and crisis management for organizations. Clients span across educational and adventure/outdoor sectors - including higher education institutions, secondary education institutions, international and domestic non-profit organizations and private companies. I have accrued nearly 100 weeks in the field leading remote leadership wilderness expeditions. Curriculum covers leadership, environmental studies, and wilderness skills. Wilderness skill sets include horse-packing, backpacking, mountaineering, kayaking, and rock climbing. As the Ranch Manager at the Three Peaks Ranch in Boulder, Wyoming, I managed 9 full-time staff and 65 Head of Horses on a 120-acre working ranch. I also managed $150k budget and taught horse-packing and leadership.

      As the founding Risk Management Director, I built the health and safety systems for global programs. I also co-led international operations across five countries (Ecuador, Senegal, Brazil, India, and the US). I was responsible for co-developing the training progression and curriculum for both Fellows and staff, building a risk management system, including influencing a risk management culture across departments and the organization. I designed and managed Fellow trainings towards established goals and learning outcomes, and in establishing a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
