  Acted as the Single Vessel Permit Coordinator for the Vacuum Distillation Column on this major shutdown for the refinery,overseeing All contracting companies personnel involved in the outage working closely with the Redhall and Phillips 66 H.S.E. teams to ensure all S.I.M.O.PS. were carried out safely and effectively to allow the necessary tasks to be completed on time as required by the client. Pre-shutdown preparation for the planned outage on this high profile chemical plant,preparing work packs for the mechanical teams , supervise mechanical work to be completed in a safe and timely manner following clients and company procedure.Ensure that work force adheres to all site safety rules while carrying out the tasks with the use of correct P.P.E. tool box talks and site safety talks .
