  I worked out of the corporate office for Pioneer energy Services providing support for wireline, well services, coil tubing, and was the safety director for drilling operations. I built and maintained the safety management systems for the company. I took all paper documents, forms, and procedures and created and app based system that these forms could be completed and tracked. I also built data integrations using Tableau to build a dashboard visualization of the data. I built reports for the executive team and presented on monthly and quarterly incident trends. Developed CBTs using Articulate and maintained LMS. Maintained a TRIR of < 1.0 and was an industry leader in safety. Show less I oversaw all safety operations at the division level. I managed safety supervisors working at the division. Through Tap Root incident investigation certification I provided incident investigations, after action reviews, created and assigned action items, performed root cause analysis, and reported out to contractors and executives on findings. Lead a team of employees as part of a best practice committee to create standard operating procedures and develop checklist style pre-job planning meetings. Was part of a culture and leadership development team and worked with rig leadership to train and coach them. Maintained all HR functions at the division level including interviewing, hiring, promotion, transfer, demotion, termination, reprimands, benefits enrollment, and maintained our electronic personnel management system (Workday). Met with contractors multiple times a month and received multiple awards from them for safety excellence. Held multiple years with no recordable incidents. I oversee the power plants and all support systems including railcar, cooling water, gas pipeline, conveyor belts, coal fired power plants, gas fired power plants, and all environmental implication involved with the operation. I lead the safety circuit teams in conjunction with power generation leadership to conduct monthly audits of compliance and regulatory issues.
