  In this role, I provided support for EPRM for the Air Force, and was the primary point of contact for all the Alion commercial offerings including it's COTS product CounterMeasures, the CCAT (CounterMeasures Chemical Assessment Tool) product for the Chemical industry, and marketing and sales direction and support for other CounterMeasures vertical markets including school security, petroleum security, transportation security, food threat assessment, and our Spanish version. My sales duties included active pursuit of clients in the Chemical, Petroleum, Academic Federal and Regional government realms. As the primary point of contact for many customers, I was frequently asked to contribute to product and process design for future development of the tool, including identification of new markets and implementation of better sales, analytic analysis, user functionality and efficiency practices. I frequently negotiated teaming arrangements that facilitated our pursuit of new markets and new customers whose risk management programs have matured to the point where our offerings can improve their business processes and drive down costs.My business development duties also included stakeholder identification, client proposal generation (RFPs, RFIs), product design and presentation, and training users in the use of the software and implementation of risk reduction methodologies. Show less I managed the VCAT (Voluntary Chemical Assessment Tool) outreach, new product development, and marketing on behalf of DHS. The tool provides non-tiered facilities with an avenue to perform risk based assessments of security posture.Since DHS' elimination of funding and support for VCAT, I have managed the transfer of the data for an opt-in group of Chemical companies and organizations so they can preserve their assessment data and continue to have an assessment solution for non-tiered facilities. This project is in its 2nd year. As the project manager for an Alion contract with CBP I am managing a program to develop a custom risk-based toolset.
