  As an HP Specialist partner in both the Graphics (Large format) and Document Solutions (MPS) segments, CELL-A-NET was dedicated to outstanding customer experiences for Canadian companies. From the simple things like not requiring our clients to spend hours on the phone to get a service request logged, to more complex engagements like understanding our clients strategic objectives and aligning our relationship to help achieve those objectives. CELL-A-NET was sold in May 2013. As a field service technician, I solved problems for end-users and IT departments in our corporate client base. IT equipment troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, all with a smile.My responsibilities grew to include service and sales management roles, where I consistently met objectives and delivered results. My customers loved me, and in time I became the president of the company.

  I co-founded NPSA to fill a service delivery gap in the Canadian printing marketplace. We brought four leading Managed Print Services (MPS) companies under a national umbrella and delivered break-fix and installation services across Canada, including ALL whitespace. As president, I grew revenue annually while also achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
