Along with watch patterns I was heavily involved with the overhaul and maintenance of systems on board.

During my time on board I was completing daily watch keeping duties under UMS along with the upkeep and maintenance of the vessels machinery. This included: 3 x Warstila 8L20's and 2 X 4L30's and Rolls Royce propulsion systems.

      During my Phase 4 Cadetship, I sailed on the vessel B Gas Master, this was a LPG/C tanker transporting Propane in the baltic. During my two months aboard the vessel I was completing daily UMS duties along with day work to complete the maintenance on the vessel.During my time on board I was part of the complete overhaul of 2 of the Yanmar 6N165L Generators along with general up keep of the MAN B&W 6 cylinder 4 stroke Main engine.
