  Responsible for the development and integration of the third level extended docking work period for the Victoria Class Submarines (VCS) for the Canadian Department of National Defence, and delivery of submarine maintenance support at the international level for the operational platforms.- Directly supervised engineers, technicians and field service representatives (FSR) as well as other employees under a matrix organization.- Directed the development, planning and negotiation of a long-term contract with Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the engineering support of the weapons handling and discharge system for VCS.- Planned and negotiated strategic alliances with support contractors in the submarine support field.- Technical Authority (TA) for the complex Weapons handling and discharge system (WHDS) sole source contract.
