  As the Technical - Low Current Team Leader of BEC Arabia, I leverage on pre-construction planning to kick-off budgets, technical details, resources, and forecast favourable project outcomes. My responsibilities include managing the technicalities and installation specifics of a variety of LC components such as Fire Alarms, Access Controls, CCTV, ICT (Data & Telephone), BMS, Intercom, MATV, Nurse Call, Public Address, Audio Visual, IPTV, Lighting Control, Emergency Call, Guest Room Management, Interrogation Systems, and Intrusion Detection Systems.Part of my role in BEC is to prepare the technical elements of LC’s and integrating these disciplines into the facility frameworks. The technical contingencies include quotations, BOQs, estimates, design, and installation procedures, ensuring usability and functionality. To be successful in this task, I engage with key individuals, monitor its execution, and evaluate the diagnosis based on data and actual performance. As an added value, I invest on team efficiency through streamlining the work and constant supervision to drive project accomplishment.
