  I was presented with a good opportunity to start working with a new department, Technical Facility Management (TFM), in the Assets and Rehabilitation program as Project Engineer. The aim of this department is to improve the quality of the STC exchanges (Data Center) by designing and implementing, new projects relative to HVAC ,AC & DC power, generators, ATS, , battery, UPS, invertors and rectifiers. Most the projects we are implemented with team is relative to HVAC (Chillers, AHUs, Packaged units, ..) with all accessories. Show less While working at O&M department, I performed the following tasks: auditing electro-mechanical work orders, testing new electro-mechanical equipment before the acceptance process, supporting team members and resolving routine queries to ensure work continuity, scheduling work orders for team members, and updating daily reports. I also performed effective monitoring and auditing of the operating performance of various groups under network operations. This ensured excellence in their service quality assurance and performance objectives in order to ensure optimal functioning of STC exchanges (Data Center). Show less
