  Distortion is an annual party-tsunami over Copenhagen, a week-long cavalcade of 111+ dancefloors on beautiful squares and in ugly warehouses, started in 1998 by Thomas Fleurquin, who wanted to create an annual festival called Distortion where he invited all locally strong players and international artists and musicians in order to make them collaborate. Distortion Festival is Denmark's biggest outdoor event which is a mixture of street parties central in Copenhagen, night parties at clubs and music festival. I was responsible for the Streethost's (parties and events at street level) in Copenhagen N, Copenhagen V and Copenhagen C.Main areas of responsibility: ● Budget coordination● Daily contact with the Streethosts● Dissemination of regulations and proposals● Responsible for the daily conduct and ensuring that everything goes according to schedule to everyones best intentions.
