Tujibebe in Tanzania also works with Girl effect , their roles also is to promote the girl child access to Education quality one, safety on social media , Climate issues and financial independence. mainly we use social media to spread Awareness ,Education and Exposure . but also we have radio programmes that are mainly reaching all the rural areas in Tanzania to assist and Spreading and breaking the silence in the society.   At Doors of Hope Foundation, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership, coordination, and communication skills, contributing significantly to the foundation's mission and impact. 1. Global Climate Youth Summit (GCYS): I played a pivotal role in organizing the Global Climate Youth Summit 2023 in partnership with the Global Leadership Centre in Bangladesh. This summit brought together over 200 participants, including stakeholders, government leaders, development partners, and potential donors. The event served as a platform for youth from 25 countries to discuss innovative solutions to the global climate crisis, showcasing my ability to engage diverse audiences and foster meaningful dialogue. 2. Local Conference of Youth (LCOY) Tanzania: I successfully coordinated the Local Conference of Youth in Tanzania under the YOUNGO UNFCCC youth constituency. The conference gathered youth from various regions in Tanzania to amplify their voices, share expectations, and outline priorities for COP28. The inclusive event also engaged marginalized groups, including people with disabilities, women, and children, ensuring a holistic representation of Tanzanian communities. 3.Communications Officer Role: - Internal and External Communications: I managed strategic communications within the organization and with external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging. - Partnership Facilitation: I have cultivated and strengthened relationships with key stakeholders, including the U.S. Embassy, Netherlands Embassy, and Indonesia Embassy in Tanzania, as well as development partners and donors, advancing the foundation's outreach and partnerships. Through my work at Doors of Hope Foundation, it has solidified my reputation as a dynamic advocate and leader, driving impactful change in the realms of climate action, gender equality, and sustainable development.   As a Program Assistant under the Civic Space program at the Foundation for Civil Society (FCS), I support efforts to promote democratic values, citizen engagement, and civil society participation across Tanzania. I provide strategic, technical, and logistical support in coordinating grants, advocacy efforts, and stakeholder dialogues. I contribute to key initiatives including the development of the Tanzania CSOs Index, policy briefs on CSO regulations, and a national PWDs Manifesto for inclusive elections. I also serve on the organizing committee for CSOs Week, helping convene stakeholders from government, civil society, and communities. With skills in MEL, policy advocacy, and inclusive development, I’m committed to amplifying marginalized voices especially PWDs, youth, and women and strengthening civic space for lasting impact. Show less As a Program Assistant at the Foundation for Civil Society (FCS) in Tanzania, I contribute to several impactful projects. I work on the EU-funded URAIA WETU project, promoting democratic practices and shaping governance laws and policies, particularly in areas of inclusion for PWDs, youth, and women. I also assist with the Ford Foundation's resilience project, which strengthens nonprofit organizations, and coordinate the Wilden Ganzen "Change the Game" project, supporting local fundraising to reduce donor dependency.In addition, I manage Participatory Grant Making (PGM) initiatives, empowering rural communities to identify and address their challenges. My responsibilities extend to the consumer protection project with Trademark Africa, where I support NGO mapping for project implementation. I also contribute to organizing the annual Civil Society Week, conduct field visits with partners, and engage in various initiatives aligning with FCS’s strategic plan for 2025–2030. Show less
