      Facilitate the implemantion of The Leadership Academy in all Region's of the Group as part of our 'La Manufacture des Talents'. In addition I have the opportunity to develop a LifeLong Learning mindset in the Group as part of our HR transformation. Interesting challenges to help people move to their continuous development. Convinced of the benefits that increasingly diverse teams and managers can bring to our capacity to innovate and understand our customers, the Women Forward network promotes diversity in management to support the Companies performance. In addition to the challenge to develop the Digital Dexterity of all Michelin Employees, my role is also to develop Technical skills of IT and Digital employees. In a permanent changing world where the duration of competencies and skills is shorter and shorter, be able to up and reskill our employees is an amazing challenge. This includes the question of how to become "really" a learning organization. Digital Acculturation of our Employees, that is my challenge. Develop skills and competencies of our Michelin employees so that they are prepared to support the digital transformation of our products, services, processes, business models, and ways of working. Convinced that change needs to be operated on a daily basis especially when the company culture needs to evolve significantly towards Empowerment. Deconstruct to be able to reconstruct, that's the challenge of my position.
