In a permanent changing world where the duration of competencies and skills is shorter and shorter, be able to up and reskill our employees is an amazing challenge. This includes the question of how to become "really" a learning organization. Digital Acculturation of our Employees, that is my challenge. Develop skills and competencies of our Michelin employees so that they are prepared to support the digital transformation of our products, services, processes, business models, and ways of working. Convinced that change needs to be operated on a daily basis especially when the company culture needs to evolve significantly towards Empowerment. Deconstruct to be able to reconstruct, that's the challenge of my position.
