  Responsible for the operation of all IT systems for the City Council, which had a workforce of approximately 100 employees.The social communication and IT area was made up of 3 members, with me at the head.I placed the municipality of Unión de Tula in 13th place at the state level in Jalisco in the use of information technologies, according to a measurement carried out by IJALTI and PROPULSAR, for the year 2012.- I reduced current spending on telephone communication services by 35%.- I successfully implemented a workgroup management system for the control, delegation, and monitoring of tasks and activities.- I established internal administrative controls to prevent inappropriate use of the internet and thus achieved better productivity from those who performed their tasks in front of a computer.- I established technological strategies to expand the telephone system, implementing local numbers in the cities of Guadalajara and Seattle, to provide proximity to Tulenses residing in those cities.- I automated a part of citizen service through automated menus based in telephony (IVR)-I used open source software for resource management and provisioning, the use of office suites, IP telephony.-I improved the performance of the attention of public services reports for lighting and potholes through an electronic ticket system, linked to the telephone system, twitter and website.   As an innovation project, I developed the Moodle implementation project for hybrid learning at the Unión de Tula Normal School for Educators, since 2013, being its moment of most use during the pandemic that began in 2019.At this stage, the system was migrated from the local site to AWS, having Ubuntu LTS and LAMP, personally executing the roles of Back End Developer, BD admin, End User Support, as well as maintaining users, groups, enrollment and moodle cohorts. .Likewise and specifically for this last mentioned stage, as of August 2020 I developed an intensive qualification program for the Institution's teachers, as well as a comprehensive remote assistance program aimed at teachers and students to resolve concerns and doubts of technical-didactic character.I managed to ensure that half of the courses taught by the institution in the period were taken within the moodle itself, as well as that the students of all grades attended to their obligations and academic activities on the same platform.I established performance indicators to measure the opinion of teachers and students regarding the relevance in the use of moodle -which was known as AVA-, obtaining notable scores that allowed me to conclude that its implementation was beneficial for the academic life of the institution.The project was terminated at the end of the period of sanitary isolation and the return of face-to-face classes, as well as due to lack of funding.
