  To handle the customer complaints in the Respiratory Care medical product – Anaesthesia Scope and Patient Monitoring Diagnosis medical product - Needles. Responsible on customer complaint database and report the customer complaint failure information during Production weekly quality improvement meeting. - Successfully to meet the 85% quarterly KPI of customer complaints with satisfaction investigation report. Communicate with suppliers to take immediate actions in their production. - Accomplished to lead the failure investigation activity with the support by R&D team, Production team and other team members who are related to the problems.Support to the project related such as NPI, Quality improvement, Design modification, Material/ Supplier change, Production capacity expansion and Production line relocation.Responsible as the Change Analysis for the Agile documentation system to review and proceed those project related documents.Responsible to handle the UL routine audit. - Participate on the supplier evaluation activities to conduct an audit and review the questionnaire. - Participate to be a lead auditor for the supplier audits and auditor for internal audit. - Successfully improved the quality issue on Respiratory Care products. - Lead of UL inspection for routine quarterly inspection. - Participated FDA audit in year 2013 and 2016.
