I also am responsible for management of the Company's financial systems and seeking improvements on ways to better utilize technologies to scale business processes.So far, I've been able to accelerate cash collection by reducing our DSO and streamlining bill processing, improve customer satisfaction by establishing direct contact between customers and the billing department, help minimize churn and raise the Company's NPS, lower bad debts and chargebacks, reduce merchant fee costs, accelerate annual external audit timeline, and all on a shoe-string budget with a positive can-do attitude.
