  1. Fulfil the Sustainability requirements of H&M, C&A, INDITEX, GUESS, TOM&TAILOR, OTCF, NEXT, ECI, AMAZON & GINATRICOT etc.2. Implementing various Sustainability programs – PaCT-2, ZDHC, BCMP, Supplier to Zero, Clean Chain, BHive, Join Life-CFW.3. Doing various Compliance & production certification process like ISO 14001, GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, Oeko-Tex standard 100, STeP, Nordic Ecolabel (SWAN), ZDHC Supplier to Zero etc.4. Periodically assess various Self-assessment tools - Higg Index (Worldly), BEPI etc.5. ISO 14001:2015 Standard Implementation.6. Secure GTW Audit ranking by Implementation of all criteria.7. Evaluate the ecological footprint of operations and projects, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions. 8. Minimize environmental impact including reducing waste, increasing energy efficiency, elimination of hazardous chemicals and minimizing water usage.9. Developing and leading the implementation of sustainability strategies, policies, and taking initiatives as per Brand’s demand to allow continual improvement.10. Identifying & implementing Energy/Water efficient opportunities.11. Facilitating Rooftop Solar (CAPEX) to avoid GHG emissions.12. Ensure sustainable chemical management system (CMS) to support worker safety and reduce environmental impacts.13. Selection of right chemicals, Risk Assessment for chemical products, textile process control and traceability.14. Ensure health safety, product safety & environmental safety by following MRSL & RSL guideline.15. Periodically assess Air Emissions, noise level and other environmental aspects & awareness campaign’s trainings.16. Identifying point/fugitive emissions sources & abatement processes to mitigate them.17. Sourcing sustainable disposal available route of hazardous waste and integrate circular economy.18. Collect, analyze and report key environmental performance to assess sustainability performance and preparing comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders. Show less
