  • Worked in a mainframe TSO ISPF environment, doing systems analysis and maintenance/new development to batch applications using COBOL, JCL, SQL/DB2.• Used mainframe tools such as COBOL, DB2/SQL, and JCL to make system changes on complex Ministry applications to ensure accurate payment to Ontario physicians, as well as maintaining high standards for providing health coverage to residence of Ontario. • Hosted meetings and acted as a liaison with a variety of different stakeholders, such as business clients, other developers, testers, database analysts, security staff, and project managers.• Demonstrated knowledge of the overall systems development lifecycle using the Waterfall Methodology, by reviewing business requirements, creating analysis and design documentation (such as systems response documentation and options/recommendation papers), developing code, and unit testing. • Created implementation plans with component lists and detailed implementation schedules. Monitored newly implemented jobs to ensure accurate performance. • Participated in the development to convert existing Focus reports to Easytrieve for the Health Data Branch. • Experience with the change management technology known as Endevor.
