  In this Global HR Business Partner role I work with the Diagnostics Strategy & Partnering Leadership Teams on aligning organisational capabilities, the ways of working and our culture to the Diagnostics strategic priorities. As HR Business Partner for the Kaiseraugst Manufacturing Site I worked with the Site LT of Roche's largest manufacturing site (approx. 1500 employees). In this role I enabled the site strategy by providing strategic people and culture expertise, co-owning the site people agenda, and acting as a coach and advisor to senior leadership. As HR Business Partner for Pharma Technical Operations I worked with Pharma Technical Development Synthetic Molecules. My client group was located in Basel; the population was diverse ranging from API manufacturing to highly skilled expert scientists and senior management roles. During this one-year developmental assignment I led the HR & Compliance function at the Roche Diagnostics affiliate in Sweden. My team was responsible for all matters HR, Compliance and SHE for the Swedish affiliate. In my role as Head TA Operations & Early in Career I led a team of up to 11 employees through a period of change and team transformation. This included redistribution of tasks and responsibilities as well re-branding. I was a member of the TA Leadership Team As Lead Recruiter / Team Lead of the Technical Operations Recruiting Team for Technical R&D, Regulatory, Small Molecules Operations, as well as Site and Global Engineering at the Headquarter in Basel, my team was in charge of recruiting for a large range of roles based mainly in Switzerland. The focus of my own recruitment activities lay on Technical R&D for Small Molecules and Biologics including the EU Device Development team. As member of the Technical Operations Recruiting Team at the Corporate Headquarter in Basel, I am in charge of recruiting for a large range of roles based in Switzerland, local or global. The focus of my recruitment activities lies on Technical Development for Small Molecules and Biologics.
