  I am an instructor for ENGR 132, an introductory course on MatLab for freshmen engineering students. For each section I taught: - I coordinated an instructional team of one GTA, 3 undergrad TA, and a grader.- I leveraged the ‘flipped classroom’ model to engage students in active learning, and reducing my lecturing time as much as possible. -I developed course materials including exams, quizzes, and lecture slides.- I created and collected mid-term evaluations from students to ensure that my teaching style was the most beneficial for them. In Fall 2014, I taught the ENGR 103 – Introduction to Humanitarian Engineering, a 1-credit seminar that I personally developed using the backwards design. Show less
