The algorithmanalyzes demand constraints for the business line and individual projects, project and location preferences of graduates, as well as theirtechnical skills. The algorithm ensures gender and institutional diversity while making allocations.The Athena algorithm has proven to streamline the graduates’ allocation process and reduce the manual effort required by about 6 man-days forevery cycle.
