Responsible for 5 training officers and the recruitment of 200 staff at the centre.Whilst working here I developed a brochure of courses in ICT, Customer Service, Equality & Diversity, Working under Pressure, Managing Change among a few.I also designed an Assessment Centre which ran a number of times for the recruitment of Customer Service Advisors. In addition I designed another Assessment Centre for the recruitment of managers including an in-tray exercise. I provided psychometric testing for personality, literacy and numeracy skills.
