  Retail@Link was a subsidiary of Zenon SA, providing Advanced Supply Chain Management Solutions as an ASP in the Retail sector.As head of the IT department, I participated in all the phases of each project - Presales, Requirements, Design, Develop, Deploy and Support – gaining valuable experience in not just the technical aspects of each project, but also the business impact and financial considerations.I managed seven employees. Together, we completed eight major projects in the field of Supply Chain Management in the Retail sector (FMCG). Some of the services included: modeling and enchantment of internal business procedures for retailers, sales forecasting and stock replenishment proposal for stores and central warehouses, BI reports and analysis using OLAP etc. All of the company’s services were based on a data warehouse that consolidated information from both retailers and suppliers - product catalogs, sales, invoices, promotions etc. We also designed and developed one of the first electronic Invoice exchange platforms in Greece. This was a rewarding job, because we were able to provide novel and valued adding services to customers that affected their profitability and perceived customer satisfaction. Show less
