  -Implement customer VPN solutions over Orange MPLS including managed WAN, managed LAN/WLAN and provide end-to-end testing for the implemented services.  -Release configuration and perform post-tests on network devices such as, Cisco Routers, Cisco switches, WAN Optimization (Riverbed), Firewalls (Palo Alto ) and Wireless controllers. -Maximize the quality of the delivered services and customer satisfaction by validating the provided detailed technical design of complex VPNs. -Implementing and configuring Cisco wireless controllers (2500, and 5500 Series) and Access point (Local, and Flexconnect mode). -Document and maintain VPN design for operational entities and provide optimization actions that lead to better customer experience. -Provide expert technical consultation to pre-sales, and project managers to validate, and review the technical design of new services sold to the designated customer. -Provide Tier 3 technical support for incident management and problem management entities stepping in for major operational incidents Show less
