During my internship, I had done recruitment, documentation work where I had managed documents of recruited employee and verify them as well. I had also managed the attendance of the employees. Also I had done surveys on Employee satisfaction and Performance evaluation and with the help of those surveys I came to know about the satisfaction level of the employees in an organization and do analysis of that survey.
