HMI fetches the data from PLCs for many purposes. Creating different Programming Logics in PLC's and testing different scenarios and the configuration wizard is SimaticWinCC Flexible 2008. In a Window based PC the project is created and downloaded to the devices. These Touch panels are used in Automation and Industrial application. These devices support different communication types Profibus, RS232 Serial cable and Ethernet cable. Supporting all the Functions and Communications should establish in any Case .Contribution.I worked extensively in the Domain Services Network testing team, and Functional supporting the various Fields. My responsibilities include: 1. Preparing and executing Test cases. 2. Review of Test Cases.3. Smoke testing ,system testing and acceptance testing4. Writing different ladder logic program's for all Siemens PLC's.5. Ethernet Scenarios Testing.6. Testing IP address, DHCP, Subnet mask, Different Speed of Communications.7.   Environment(with skill versions) Software& Hardware Tools: RSLogix5000, RSLogix500, Factroytalk view SE, RSlinx, PV600C HMI S/W, RadioFrequency Vipr communication, Level ,Flow, pressure, Chlorine Sensors; Project Description: In this Project Automating the complete Mysore water supply using Allanbradley CompactLogix plc's, it consists of 11 Field stations in which 4 pumping stations , 2 WTP and 5 Main reserviours,1 main control station, using Radio frequency communication connecting all Remote field stations. Monitoring and Control of pumps from main control is achieved. All critical station parameters like station Level, Pressure, Flow and Chlorine sensors are installed. At all reservoirs HMI panels are installed to monitor local Scada.This project is one of its kinds in India to be installed in government sector for water supply. My ContributionsI worked extensively in the Domain Services Developing and Testing Logic, and Functional supporting the various Field Instuments.Installing Sensors and Calibrating Devices. Explaining and Developing Logic and HMI Panels.Testing the whole Logic and SCADA.Smoke testing for Scada and HMI Panel.Configuring RF communication, antenna mounting for all 11 stations.Testing IP address, Subnet mask, Different Speed of Communications,RF Comm.'s using Radio Modem in Router Mode.
