  As the Vice President of Chapter Operations, I oversee the Chapter Management Program and act as the chapter secretary by recording meeting minutes. Coordinate strategic planning sessions As the Vice President of Pledge Education, I provide one-on-one mentorship to pledges, guiding them through their initiation process and helping them integrate into the fraternity. I design and implement a comprehensive pledge education curriculum that includes professional development workshops, networking events, and team-building activities. Additionally, I collaborate with other executive members to plan large-scale fraternity events. As a member of the Standards Committee, I serve as an integral member of a committee entrusted with the responsibility of conducting fair and impartial hearings for allegations of alumni and collegiate misconduct, with a specific focus on sexual harassment, misconduct, and assault cases. In this position at Beta Sigma, I had the opportunity to collaborate with other members and the executive board to achieve high chapter academia. One of the many things I did in this role was develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote scholarship opportunities. I also planned memorable recognition events to celebrate the achievements of members.
