      Devised the themes and vision for the week long series of events in collaboration with NNF Artistic Director and Production team. Curated the line-up of performers. Negotiated use of venues, created print and web publicity materials.Created a successful Arts Council Grants for the Arts funding application. Brokered a three way European collaboration between Mica Moca (Berlin) and Solstice Festival (Ireland) for a 2013 project. Managed a team of 10 volunteers and a Trainee Assistant Producer. Show less

Sourcing props and equipment. Managing stage times. Finding and actioning appropriate marketing routes. Keeping an archive of press reviews and setting up google alerts to check for new reviews. Liaising with the East to Edinburgh management and marketing teams. FOH for the show, being the first and last point of contact for programmers, promoters and audiences. Risk assessments.Currently my responsibilities include tour booking, contacting and following up potential bookings, searching out further opportunities for the company including publicity and performance opps, being the point of contact for enquiries regarding the show, negotiating fees for performances, managing performance schedules and liaising with venues and programmers. Creating the ‘pub’ pop-up bar space with Ferment team. Managing prop inventory. Liaising with incoming companies, producers and artists.

Finding and following up contacts and leads for locations for 'In Situ' and 'Coda' performances. Liaising with a major festival partner (to be announced). Carrying out all licensing applications and managing H&S aspects of the performances. Overseeing get-in and get-out. Managing a production assistant and working with Theatre Bristol to recruit said assistant. Show less

      In autumn 2015, a remarkable structure will rose up from within the bombed out remains of Temple Church in central Bristol. For 24 days, this 14th century site was transformed into an intimate gathering place in which to hear the city like never before.Chicago-based artist Theaster Gates was invited by Bristol arts producer, Situations, to create his first public project in the UK as part of Bristol 2015 European Green Capital.The artist has sought out discarded and dormant materials from former places of labour and religious devotion across Bristol to build an intimate and distinctive temporary structure at Temple Church. From midday Thursday 29th October 2015, Sanctum will hosted a continuous programme of performance over 576 hours until midday Saturday 21st November, sustained by Bristol’s performers, musicians and bands.       I held responsibility for all organisational elements, including international touring and was Executive Producer on a BBC adaptation of the companies hit show, The Believers Are But Brothers. I developed and worked on back and front end solutions for Javaad Alipoors ‘The Believers Are But Brothers’ and managed the iteration of a variety of solutions for audience interaction with the show. Our combination of projection, Whatsapp and Franz led to us winning both a Fringe First award and a Columbia Univeristy Digital Dozens Award. As Producer, I led on company strategy, partner relationships, and worked on developing and pitching creative ideas to future funders and partners. Show less

      As the Pervasive Media Producer, I managed a space that supports the growth of new ideas and companies, in both the creative and technology industries. I represented the Studio at a senior level with funders and University partners and oversaw all Studio comms. My role involved helping Residents to understand the scope and challenges of the creative tech and immersive industries, and helping guide fledgling ideas to realities whilst also connecting them with potential collaborators and partners. This included award winning companies working in VR, AR, MR, XR, immersive and performance. I held the day-to-day management of Studio logistics, managing multiple projects and budgets. I led on several redesigns of the Studio’s working methods during all of the COVID lockdowns. Since leaving, I have continued to offer my services to Residents in the form of free mentoring.
