Ensure all input data and format used are applicable for MERIDIUM software. 4) Prepare Condition monitoring report for static equipment. This report summarizing all CML locations for every assets.5) Manage and plan UT – thickness monitoring activities. Liaise with plant operation, production engineer and presenting UT thickness measurement planning for their approval.6) Reviews and approves UT – thickness report and evaluate remaining thickness by comparing minimum thickness based on component.7) Upload initial measuring thickness into Meridium software manually.
