      Attached to National Industrialization Company (TASNEE)PROJECT: MERIDIUM Asset Performance Management (APM) Project for SPC and SEPC plant.(SEPC) – HDPE, CRACKER, Utilities(SPC) - PP, PDH, LDPE, UtilitiesTotal asset involved 6000 assets.1) Development of Corrosion Loop by considering material of construction, fluid composition and operating conditions on PFD’s and P&ID’s and Identification of degradation mechanism as per API RP 571.2) Identify Condition Monitoring Location (CML) by considering credible damage mechanism, failure mode and effectiveness of previous inspection techniques for pipes and static equipment.3) Prepare CMLs meridium list for Meridium uploading. Ensure all input data and format used are applicable for MERIDIUM software. 4) Prepare Condition monitoring report for static equipment. This report summarizing all CML locations for every assets.5) Manage and plan UT – thickness monitoring activities. Liaise with plant operation, production engineer and presenting UT thickness measurement planning for their approval.6) Reviews and approves UT – thickness report and evaluate remaining thickness by comparing minimum thickness based on component.7) Upload initial measuring thickness into Meridium software manually.
