      Lillian acted as the Production Manager/ Stage Manager for a production of Titus Andronicus which played for two seasons at Sydney University. Firstly as a SUDS 'slot' and secondly as a part of the VERGE Festival. Titus Andronicus then toured to Brisbane as part of the Festival of Australian Student Theatre (FAST). As Production Manager, Lillian managed the budgeting of the show and its tour and scheduling of all rehearsals. Lillian managed both funding from SUDS as well as the University of Sydney Union which allowed the production to tour as well as organising the application to FAST Festival. Lillian managed the company throughout its tour: coordinating travel and accommodation for the company as well as the transport and maintenance of props and set items. As Stage Manager for the Brisbane Season, Lillian 'teched' the show with QUT Technical students and called the show. Show less

Working with a team of two other Stage Managers and three crew members, Lillian's duties included managing ten acts including Conchita Wurst, Courtney Act and Deborah Cox during Dress Rehearsals and Performance. Her other duties included communication with FOH Sound and Party Directors during the performance, managing and micing the main acts and coordinating with talent managers and choreographers. Along with the team of Stage Manager, Lillian also managed the coordination of set changes and the management of safety onstage. During rehearsal, I worked to develop a movement and time-code based digital Prompt Copy for the show. I was also worked with the cast of twelve dancers and one understudy during rehearsal to form a strong rapport, ensure their rehearsal needs were being met, manage injuries and pregnancy and continue developing the show. During this time, I also worked closely with the designers (Set/ Costume, Sound, AV and Lighting) to paper plot the show in preparation for Technical Rehearsals. During Technical Rehearsals, I again, worked closely with the Composer/ Sound Designer, AV Designer and Lighting Designer to complete the prompt copy and ensure a high show quality. I also liaised closely with the FORM Production Manager, Sydney Festival Venue Managers, Sydney Festival Assistant Stage Managers and Carriageworks Venue and Front of House staff during the running of the show to ensure high quality show maintenance and back of house maintenance. I worked closely with the FORM Production Manager to ensure the requirements denoted by the Risk Assessment were being met and maintained. During performance, I took on the responsibilities of a Calling Stage Manager – calling the show to a Lighting Technician and the Sound Designer during Dress runs before taking on the Lighting operation of the show during performance and calling Sound and AV cues. The show utilised a GrandMA Lighting console, QLab 3 and Resolume. I also continued with my previous responsibilities – managing cast welfare, injuries and pregnancies, rehearsing in understudies for sudden cast changes due to injury and added laundry and set maintenance responsibilities to my purview. The Prompt Copy will be physically and digitally archived in the event that the show will toured. Show less
