Assist in the preparation of project proposals to donors by seeking technical and administrative guidance and clearance from Polio Operations Officer for actual expenditure details and/or documentation that may be required on project activities.7. Participate in the preparation of donor meetings by coordinating with the relevant in‐house actors and external partners to ensure their participation; preparing the meeting room with multi‐media equipment required to make presentations.8. Assist in regular tracking and updating of polio programme’s expenditures, under the technical guidance of Polio Operations Officer, for reviewing encumbrances, expenditures and balances relevant to various facets of polio activities.9. Identify cash gaps and concerns pertaining to resource requirement by liaising with Polio Operations officer and obtain information on funding available/balance for different facets of the polio programme’s activities and work plans.
