  Joined Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh as a Reservations Agent with no hotel experience and progressed in my carrer to Resort Assistant Manager (Duty Manager) in the Front Office, passing by Reservations Supervisor and Assistant Manager. After 2 years and a half in the Front Office I was promoted to Reservations Manager and been in this position since March 2007.My Roles Include:- Overseeing Reservations Operation- Recruiting, developing and reviewing employees- Run 90 days forecast meetings- Manage all yield aspects of the property, including yield restriction and managing booking channels.- Account for month end production, geographical source of business and various market segments- Actively participate in the marketing plan and yearly budget.I am currently growing in my position to become the Director of Revenue with the possibility of a lateral transfer to the position of Assistant Front Office Manager, progressing in my career to eventually assume the role of the Director of Rooms. عرض أقل
