I provide practical and easily implementable mental health tools designed to uplift team members, fostering a workplace environment that prioritises well-being. By integrating these tools seamlessly into daily operations, I help build the development of individuals within the team.I utilise experiential activities to embed learning and cultivate a fun yet impactful atmosphere. These activities serve as powerful tools to address challenges, facilitate communication, and embed crucial memories within the team. By incorporating the metaphor of singing, I create a unique and memorable learning experience, encouraging teams to harmonise their efforts and work collectively toward shared goals.With every team member singing off the same hymn sheet, a sense of shared purpose and direction is achieved.   The Trainer's retreat is a group for people in L&DTrainers need support and help just like anyone else. It provides you with someone to talk to and an audience to try out and test new ideas and concepts.We all come across roadblocks in ideas and challenging situations that have the potential to throw us off track.Our community is there to help, we listen and when asked to give advice too.
