I often organized, completed, and filed forms and documents, and took inventory. For a full semester, I attended and took notes for a supervisor at meetings, became trained and experienced in the electronic medical records systems EMDs and AIRS, shadowed different employees, attended HIV support groups, and facilitated congregate meals. I was given overviews of Housing Services, Supportive Services, attended lunch and learns, and even attended the Harm Reduction office for a day. Additionally, I filed, scanned, and handled patient information, and became very comfortable with data entry. I completed an HIV Overview Training as well.
