  Sales Lead

  As a Sales Lead, I trained, coached, and mentored new sales associates for maximum performance. I strived to create an inclusive environment be greeting customers, assisting with items, purchase, and style questions. In addition, I managed cash registers after the end of a shift to balance and record accurate transactions and helped customers locate items in the store as well as promoted the opportunity to join the rewards program.

  As the Director of Leadership Development for the Residence Hall Association, I plan, coordinate, and execute leadership development activities for residents on campus. Working with a team of talented individuals, I lead the recruitment for Block Council Presidents, chair positions, and the following year's executive board. I organize, schedule, and facilitate leadership workshops and trainings for RHA members to further develop their leadership skills. I also am an advisor to a group of students who plan and organize events within their residence block, and I provide them with resources, support, and guidance to ensure success while developing a sense of community throughout our team and residents on campus.   I developed and implemented new programs based on leading inclusion and diversity practices using leadership principles. I plan monthly events for an average of 30 students a month that consist of courageous conversations, introspection work, and events that bring awareness social justice issues in society. In addition, I provide insight and knowledge to administration at Gonzaga University as a student body representative.
