Managers work diligently as liaisons between the executives of the guest companies and the caterers and running the event while sticking to a strict agenda. Both the concierge and manager work to keep the space up to the executives’ needs and take on the role of executive assistant throughout the day. A/V techs are tasked with managing the space’s audio/video through the Savant app, running video feed for the meetings through multiple monitors and projectors, troubleshooting, and adjusting sound levels across multiple rooms.
