Conducted focused group discussions to identify the key factors influencing the purchasing behavior of shampoo sachets amongst the target group 2. Recruited 300 respondents who were given Chik Shampoo’s (CavinKare’s flagship shampoo brand) Re 1 sachets and then tracked their subsequent buying pattern and purchase behavior3.
